I have been helping homeowners with their landscaping since 1995.  Upon graduating from Illinois State University, I began working for a local garden center/landscaping company where I became the head designer and oversaw the landscaping department, staff and installations.  In the over 25 years of working in the landscape industry I have gained extensive professional experience caring for trees, shrubs and plants, designing home outdoor spaces and guiding/directing staff.  In 2011 I earned the title of Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arborculture and in the spring of 2012 I founded Dorch Landscapes where I continued to serve the Bloomington/Normal, McLean County and central Illinois area. In December of 2021, due to a move to South Dakota, Dorch Landscapes closed its doors. The Spring of 2023, the doors to the business open again in Western South Dakota where Dorch Landscapes will bring to the Black Hills and surrounding areas the same exceptional service and attention to detail that has set us apart in the industry.
